Gramma and Aunt Tessa came to visit Liam and Grady. Consequently, Liam has been spoiled rotten. Grady slept through most of that and so there’s still hope for him. Liam now has snazzy sneakers that may cause epileptic fits with their embedded super-bright LED cop car flashing lights, and large Lego-like blocks that fill his new dump truck/wagon, and a red Radio Flyer trike (complete with handlebar tassels). So now he can pedal around our neighborhood whilst giving all the other kids seizures. Yippee!
It’s been nice to have the help and see the fam again. We miss our friends and family but Texas is the place we want to stay and raise our kids. Anyway, I know my loved ones will eventually succumb to my machinations to get them to move within driving distance of me.
Baby Grady, aka “Hot Fuzz” or “Sgt. Angel”, is getting quite large and smiles a lot. You can’t tell from this picture, but he looks an awful lot like that Simon Pegg fellow. I will find and post pictures to illustrate. It’s so funny! I wonder if Grady will stay blond.
On a side note, we saw this on a display at the Fort Worth Zoo and got a kick out of it. It’s just… so very Texan.

Bloody daggers and all! Hahaha. I love Texas.
